Program Cancellations & Refund Policy

By completing your registration for program and making a full or installment payment, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

  1. You have the right to cancel your booking at any time at the following terms:
  2. You need to request the course cancellation 10 working days before the course starting date. An admin fee of 25% of the course fee applies which will not be refunded. The remaining deposit will be refunded.
  3. You are not eligible for any refund if you made a request for course cancellation less than 10 working days before the course starting date.
  4. The Inclusive Leadership Institute reserves the right to cancel a course if the number of participants have not reached the minimum required to run the course effectively. The Inclusive Leadership Institute also reserves the right to cancel in the event of an unforeseen circumstance. In the event of a cancellation, The Inclusive Leadership Institute will either arrange for an alternative date or offer a full refund of the fee paid.

Mastering Clarity, Impact and Narrative

What is included in the program?

This cohort-based program is composed of live virtual workshops and on-demand digital learning modules, which includes:

  • Guided welcome and orientation
  • Four 2-hour live virtual workshops
  • Accompanying workbooks and reflection activities
  • Access to 32 supplementary self-paced audio lessons

How does it work?
Upon registration you will be directed to set up your learning account with a new username and password. You will also receive two emails: a receipt for your purchase, and an email with the more information.  When the program launches on March 16th, 2023, you will receive an email inviting you to access the welcome and orientation module, which will provide more information about the program and how to proceed through the self-paced learning aspect of each module.

There are five modules which include both self-paced digital content and four live workshops. Live workshops will be recorded and uploaded to the learning page following the live broadcast.
