 What is the Future of DEI?

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) is in crisis. Across the world, organizations are grappling with the polarized views and sentiments of DEI and its role in our workplaces. Highlighted by global current events, DEI elicits a wide range of responses ranging from advocacy and activism to rejection and resistance. Yet, on both ends of the spectrum people are experiencing fatigue and frustration.

In our March Inclusive Leadership Conversation, we will:

  • Discuss the state of DEI today
  • Share our insights and perspectives
  • Work together to redefine and reimagine DEI for a world and our organizations in need. 

In this moderated conversation, faculty and attendees will tackle some of the most challenging questions, concerns, and dilemmas that many of us face in our current realities.

We hope that this conversation will inspire you to reflect on your own experiences and challenges and to share them with us in a respectful and constructive way. Please come with your questions and observations, and be ready to engage in a meaningful dialogue with our panelists and fellow participants.
