1. A short pre-work diagnostic (8-12 minutes) resulting in a team map as shown on the right for one dimension.
2. A visual, facilitated session tailored to your team (option of 1 -4 sessions, each 90-minutes long)
3. Space for honest, non-judgmental reflection
4. Practical tools and language to carry forward
5. Optional follow-up coaching or integration sessions
