In our increasingly interconnected and global workplaces, and in a world where religious differences and tensions are heightened, acknowledging, discussing, and navigating religious diversity can be challenging.

This interactive workshop leverages an anthropological perspective to explore the phenomenon of religion within the context of the current social, political, and workplace dynamics. Participants will work with real-life situations and scenarios to discover practical techniques and strategies for creating environments where both secular and religious identities are acknowledged, respected, and supported.

This workshop is for:

People Leaders, DEI Practitioners, HR contributors, Cultural Champions, and influencers who want to learn how to effectively approach religious diversity in the workplace.
